- MNT MANAGER -
Kia ora koutou,
I am delighted to introduce myself as the new manager of Multicultural Nelson Tasman: My name is Maria Busching, I was born and bred in Germany where I also finished my masterâs degree in International Business Studies and gained relevant work experience, I tested living in France and Italy, but ultimately lost my heart to New Zealand.
I'm honored to be in this role and I look forward to working together with all of you! I hope that through continued collaboration and open communication, we can ensure that Nelson Tasman stays a diverse, welcoming and vibrant multicultural region.â

- EVENTS & COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR -
Kia ora te whÄnau, hello community and hola a todos,
I'm Pablo (also known as Pabs), and I've been volunteering/working "backstage" for MNT for several months already and now finally I'm front row! haha...I am very happy to be in this position in this organization. Since arriving in Nelson with my lovely "kiwiwife", about 18 months ago, I have had the pleasure of being in continuous contact with the wonderful people who have been part of MNT over the years. I've learned so much from them and I still do!... They continuously re-boost my energy to keep working hard for this multi-ethnic community!
I was born in Chile, but I have been fortunate to be able to visit different countries and experience various cultures. Whilst living in Australia I discovered my passion for working with different communities, everything that involves organizing events and also valuing the power of multiculturalism. I've become a little addicted to learning words in other languages, to learn about other customs and even more so about traditional dances from different parts of the world ...so, let's make an exchange! I will teach you to dance with Latin flavor! si que si!
